Small GUI tweaks.

- FPS display is now much more subtle.
- A couple of main menu tweaks.

Other changes:
- Restore old alpha levels of Utils.COLOR_* constants when modifying them.
- Utils.loadFont() can load any font effect, not just a ColorEffect.
