This will definitely be another mix mod.

Core functionality:
- [ ] .ready and .unready commands
- [ ] lock players on 10 ready
- [ ] knife round
- [ ] winner choose side
- [ ] start game
- [ ] .cancel and .rr for admins
- [ ] report team money on round start
- [ ] report damage of last round
- [ ] .pause for technical timeout
- [ ] half-time, swap teams, keep score

Extra funcionality:
- [ ] Make extra "picking" mode
- [ ] Choose captains randomly
- [ ] "Want to play with or agaisnt your friend" system
- [ ] Detect if it's clan fight
